1. Promoter
The promoter is The Volte Group Pty Ltd (ABN 58 612 108 979), of 1/4 Gugeri Street, Claremont WA 6010 (“The Volte” or “Promoter”).
2. Eligible Entrants
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of The Volte Group Pty Ltd, their related bodies corporate, and immediate family members of such employees are ineligible to enter.
2.3 By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens at 12:01AM AWST on 12 November 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AWST on 31 December 2025 (“Competition Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Customers are automatically entered once they complete two (2) paid rentals between 12 November 2025 and 31 December 2025.
5. Prize
5.1 There will be one (1) winner.
5.2 The winner will receive one (1) x a year of free rentals, with one (1) x dress per month to be redeemed for rental up to the value of $200 (inclusive of GST) each month. Any value not redeemed during the month is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or carry over credit. The total maximum annual value of AUD $2,400 (inclusive of GST).
5.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.4 If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or an element of it) with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected by The Volte Group at random
6.2 The winner will be notified within five (5) business days of judging via the contact details provided or via email
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the Promoter may, in its discretion, select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The prize will be sent electronically to the winner’s nominated email address.
8. General Terms
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and residency) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on all entrants, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated (including due to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the competition.
9. Privacy
9.1 The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to prize suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
9.2 Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://thevolte.com/privacy-policy
9.3 All personal information will be securely stored and will not be shared outside Australia, unless required for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
10.2 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including their officers, employees, and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
