100% Silk, high neck dress from RWB. The tie can be worn to the front and tied in a bow or to the back and let it hang down. The back is open but not so that you can see anything, a bra can still be worn. There is elastic in the waist band to cinch it in. This dress has amazing movement and is very dramatic with it's flowy skirt and sleeves and the beautiful bird print pops on the black silk background.
