January 2026 25% Off Sale Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to January 2026 25% Off Sale (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion commenced at 12:00am AEDT on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday, 29 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Discounts apply only to orders placed within this period. No extensions or backdating will be provided.

2. Offer Details

• The Promotion provides 25% off sitewide when the code 25OFF is used at checkout.
• The discount is applied only to the product price and lender fee portion of a rental.
• The discount does not apply to:
• Borrower service fees
• Shipping or delivery fees
• Bond amounts
• Any other ancillary charges
• The discount is automatically applied at checkout—no code is required.

3. Eligibility

• The offer is available to all customers renting through The Volte during the Promotion Period.
• Applies to eligible products listed on thevolte.com.
• Only eligible for orders where code 25OFF is used at checkout.

4. Exclusions

The offer does not apply to:

• Transactions completed outside the Promotion Period
• Bookings modified or rescheduled after the Promotion Period
• Cancellations and rebookings intended to obtain the discount
• Gift cards or non-rental services
• Orders that do not use the 25OFF code at checkout.

5. Booking Policies

All standard The Volte Terms of Use, Rental Policies, and Cancellation Policies apply during the Promotion.

• If a rental is cancelled, any refund will be based on the discounted amount originally paid.
• If a lender cancels, standard lender cancellation policies apply, and the borrower will be refunded the discounted total.

6. Misuse & Fair Use

The Volte reserves the right to:

• Cancel transactions that attempt to exploit, manipulate, or misuse the Promotion
• Decline discounts applied in error
• Modify or withdraw the Promotion in the event of unforeseen issues

7. Final Decision

All decisions made by The Volte in relation to the Promotion are final. The Volte may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time if required.
