The Volte "Spend & Save" Voucher Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Scope of Promotion

1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to registered users of The Volte platform who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over (“Participants”).

1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Volte and related entities are ineligible to participate.

1.3 Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1.4 This promotion is valid until 11.59PM AEST 31 October 2025.

2. Promotion Description

2.1 The Promotion enables Participants to purchase discounted vouchers (“Vouchers”) which can be redeemed against future rental transactions on The Volte platform.

2.2 Vouchers represent monetary value that can be applied as a discount at checkout, pursuant to the redemption process described herein.

3. Redemption Process

3.1 Upon successful purchase of a Voucher, Participants will receive a unique voucher code (“Voucher Code”) via email to the address provided during registration or purchase.

3.2 Voucher Codes must be manually entered at the checkout stage on The Volte platform to redeem the applicable discount (“Spend & Save”).

3.3 The Volte accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen Voucher Codes or code misuse.

4. Restrictions on Use

4.1 Voucher Codes may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, referral credits, loyalty programs, or applied toward gift card purchases.

4.2 Voucher Codes cannot be applied to non-rental fees, including but not limited to delivery fees, insurance costs, cleaning charges, damages, or late return fees.

5. Voucher Validity & Limits

5.1 Each Voucher Code is strictly limited to a single use per Participant unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.2 Voucher Codes must be redeemed within three (3) years or thirty six (36) months from the date of issue, after which they will expire without value or entitlement.

5.3 Participation in this Promotion is limited to one Voucher purchase per Participant, unless otherwise indicated by The Volte.

6. Cancellation, Refunds & Reissues

6.1 If a rental transaction using a Voucher Code is cancelled, declined, or otherwise deemed invalid by The Volte, the Voucher Code used may be voided at The Volte’s discretion.

6.2 In the event of Voucher Code voiding, Participants may contact The Volte customer support at our help center by clicking here to request a reissue, subject to verification and The Volte’s sole discretion.

6.3 Voucher value is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other monetary equivalent.

7. General Terms

7.1 The Volte reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, including the right to refuse Voucher issuance or redemption where fraud or abuse is suspected.

7.2 Misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of Vouchers and suspension or termination of Participant accounts.

7.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

7.4 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Western Australia.

7.5 Participants consent to The Volte using their personal data for the purposes of administering this Promotion in accordance with The Volte’s Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy & Data

8.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with The Volte’s Privacy Policy, available on its website.
